As many of you know we have recently had issues with our web site server. Customers with pending order have been unable to check the status of their orders and we have been unable to access our order database or web email. I apologize for the inconvenience and believe that we have the issues resolved.
If you have placed an order or sent us an email within the past 6 to 8 weeks it is probable that I did not receive it. Now that we once again have our server online I am in the process of going through each order in the database manually and checking each one. If you are waiting on an order please send an email with your full name and shipping address so that I can do a specific search for your order. I am offering the option of expedited shipping or a refund to all of you who were affected by this issue, so please indicate which you would prefer.
My apologies again for the inconvenience and thank all of you for your patience. I have all email forwarded to a backup account so that I can receive and respond to messages, though I have several hundred to respond to and I am working through them as quickly as possible. If you have any questions please let me know and I will do my best to get back with you within 24 hours.
